When I’ve asked to join the Suffolk Business Directory, I thought that Alex would just ask for the details, fill in the form and done. What I’ve received instead is a first class service. Where to begin…I moved to the area about a year ago and didn’t really know anyone. Through FB I found the Business Directory and the wonderful Alex. After buying my home I found several things needed doing, by using the directory and the helpful Alex I can happy report every tradesman I have used matched their description and recommendations that they were given. I am going to sound a bit of an “ Alex Groupie” now…..a friend of mine who is a bit of a Luddite wanted to set himself up in the directory and Alex went above and beyond in his own time to help and explain to my friend how to register his business. Thanks to Alex and the directory his business is thriving. I am most grateful to know that if I need a trusted tradesman I know where to look.

I just joined the directory and it was easy to set up. I then had the organiser contact me saying my ad was up and to check it was ok. He helped me add a photo and change anything I wanted too. Very helpful would highly recommend.
