HOW DO I LOG IN ON MY MOBILE DEVICE ?
On your mobile go to the MENU and under MEMBERS AREA click MEMBER LOG IN
Input your Username or Email Address below.
If you’ve forgotten your password click LOST PASSWORD
Once you’re logged in you’ll see the below menu options at the top of your phone
Press BLUE takes you to your Dashboard accessing your Listing
By pressing RED you can add a new business Listing or view reviews you’ve left people
Finally click GREEN and you can edit your personal profile like your email address, password reset etc.

Click the blue picture within the GREEN border and Dashboard will come up; click it and you can find your Listing under Items.

If you click the + you’ll get;
Media – upload new pictures to then add to your Listing but please let us know if you do this
Review – see all the reviews you’ve left
Item – you can view your Listing (Item) and edit it 24/7 let us know if you do this

If you click the GREEN box you’ll get your profile options.
Click Edit My Profile and you can update your personal information
HOW DO I LOG IN ON MY PC ?
On your PC hover over MEMBERS AREA and click MEMBER LOG IN
Next input your Username or Email Address and click LOG IN
If you’ve forgotten your Password just click LOST PASSWORD?
Once you’ve logged in you’ll see;
Suffolk Business Directory which is your Dashboard to access all areas of your profile and business listing
+ New gives you access to Media (to see or upload images), Review to view reviews you’ve left and Item to view and create a new business listing.
Under Hi, micheller click Edit My Profile to update your own private login email or reset your password
If you click Dashboard you’ll then see the below screen where you can then access Item Reviews, however by clicking;
Items you’ll see a list of your business listings
Media you can then view all the pictures/images you’ve uploaded. Here you can delete or add more.
I HAVE A LISTING ON THE DIRECTORY – HOW DO I LOG IN AND GET TO MY ITEM TO UPDATE IT?
If you click Items you’ll see the below page, by hovering over Michelle’s Macaron’s text you’ll get the “Edit – Quick Edit etc” come up, click “Edit“, you’ll then be in your business listing and can make any changes you wish. You may be limited to what you can see, office opening hours etc. if you’ve only a free listing.
Once you’ve updated the details you wish to amend, click UPDATE. We will be notified and can approve these. We approve all edits just to make sure all information is accurate and will contact you if there are any issues.
I WANT TO ADVERTISE ON YOUR DIRECTORY, EITHER THE FRONT PAGE OR THE SIDE BAR – HOW DO I DO THIS?
HOW DO I LEAVE A REVIEW
You do not need to have registered on the Directory to leave a review. Just find the business or service and click the rating you’d like to provide and submit it.
I’VE REGISTERED AS A NEW USER BUT I NEED TO;
*CHANGE MY EMAIL
*RESET MY PASSWORD
*EDIT MY USER NAME
All of these can be done via your Dashboard – please follow the How do I log in on my mobile or How do I log in on my PC help guide on how to gain access to your Dashboard. Once you’re in your Dashboard follow the below instructions.
When you’ve logged in to your Profile on your MOBILE you’ll see the below screen where you can scroll down
You can update your email address by just overtyping your existing email address.
Note this is not on your business listing, this is your personal profile that we may contact you on and that you use to log in as a member.
If you want to update or change your password click Generate Password
You can then input your password below, which will auto detect the difficulty of it
If you want an easy password (not recommended), you’ll have to tick Confirm Password to approve it
Once you’re finished click Update Profile and you’re finished
After updating your profile, please now log out and message Alex Redgrave so your update can be approved.
