Hello and welcome to The Gym Van where I will train you in your own environment, with a fully loaded van, and provide you with an awesome training session and a guaranteed confidence builder along the way!
What I found was people felt unsure about going to the gym, especially those who are struggling with their weight – fearing a lack of self-confidence, feeling people would laugh at them or would struggle with the equipment…this is where I come in!

As well as 1-2-1 PT sessions, I run a wide range of classes at the Functional Fitness Suite in the Charles Burrell Centre, Thetford;

Circuit training class providing endurance, high reps and low weight.
CLANG & BANG – Thursday 19:00 to 20:00
A resistance circuit training class
LUNCHTIME ESCAPE – Friday 12:00 to 13:00
A lunchtime fitness class with an endorphin buzz.
BODY SCULPT – a great class to start your Gym Van journey
You’ll be fully supported with exercises adapted to your ability throughout the class.
Each week you’ll learn different moves, with a range of weights and your own body weight.
