We’ve been trading since June 2014 and started as a husband and wife team and have grown by taking on Engineers and Apprentices.

• We cover domestic and commercial properties as a lot of companies in Ipswich don’t tend to cover commercial gas as well as Oil and LPG.

Our available hours are 08:30 to 18:00 Monday to Friday however we offer a 24hr callout service.

Ali arrived on time, was very professional and personable.
He carried out the gas safety checks required & also gave further (no obligation) advice on the LPG boiler in our home.

I called on the Bank Holiday Monday as my tenant advised she had no heating and hot water. An Engineer was able to attend within the hour and diagnose the fault. A quote was received shortly after and the work promptly booked in with my tenant. Always super easy to deal with Ali & Jade and will always recommend them.

Really pleased with the work carried out. When I first asked for a quote, they were very helpful and explained the options available to me and clearly described what would take place. When they arrived to install the new boiler, they were polite and professional, and took measures to protect things like the carpet and keep things clean. I highly recommend them and I will certainly be using Smart Heating Solutions for any other heating work.

Our controller blew at around 10pm on Wednesday night. I emailed Smart Heating Solutions, who responded by email the following morning and later that morning, Ali the owner attended our home and resolved the issue. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I was in a desperate situation with oil leaking from the boiler. It was a Friday and no one could help me. When I phoned Smart Solutions I was treated with courtesy and understanding, and whilst Mr Suter wasn’t available immediately he came out later on in the day. He rang beforehand to get as many details as he could about the problem and he picked up parts en route. Unfortunately another problem developed whilst he was here but he said he would come back the following day to repair it. This was Bank Holiday Saturday – and he kept to his word and returned. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I called and arranged a boiler service for my gas boiler. Engineer called to advise he was on his way which I found very helpful. The Engineer was very tidy and carried out the service. I was emailed the certificate shortly after he left. I was very impressed with the service and will definitely be using again.
