We specialise in teaching First Aid and can provide;

• 1 Day Emergency First Aid (EFAW)
Ideal for first aiders in the workplace, covering primary care skills and meets the requirements of the First Aid at Work (First Aid) regulations 1981

• Workplace – 3 Day HSE FAW
Accredited qualification for those working or preparing to work and wishing to become a First Aider in the workplace for the purposes of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 and the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations (NI) 1982.

• 12 Hr Paediatric Child Care
Follows recommended syllabus for Early Years settings as required by Ofsted. This is a fully accredited course

• Paediatric for Parents
This course is designed to increase your confidence in the event that you encounter common, potentially dangerous situations.
Courses can be run at your home or a venue arranged near you, at a time to suit you.

• Basic CPR
Covers Basic Life Support skills and includes skills for adults, children and infants as well as healthcare variations on infant CPR

• AED (Automated External Defibrillation) Training
This course is aimed at anyone who requires a course in AED use as this is becoming more important with the increase of units in the community and workplace

• Annual Refresher
Based in Bury St Edmunds, we offer this annual refresher training for First Aid Skills, either in house or on site at your premises.
This course is strongly recommended by the HSE to prevent “Skills Fade” from the training previously undertaken on your original First Aid Course

Our group sizes are kept to a maximum of 12 candidates thus allowing for easier learning and optimum participation.

My first dog was a springer spaniel when I was 11 years old. My current love is for Shetland Sheepdogs which I have now had for 13 years and currently have 4 whom I compete with in agility and dog showing. I am also a Kennel Club Agility judge and Club Secretary for Eastern Counties Shetland Sheepdog Club.
