Pilates is safe and effective, through carefully structured classes, this movement method will help you gradually improve your posture and co-ordination, increase your strength and flexibility and learn to use your breath to support your movement and connect your body and mind. With consistent practice Pilates can help you thrive in your everyday life.
I am a certified Body Control Pilates teacher. Founded in 1995 Body Control Pilates had a vision to make the benefits of Pilates accessible to everyone, a vision I am passionate about. Joseph Pilates’ original exercises have been broken down, enabling me to teach them to you progressively, building step by step to Pilates’ original work
