WHO IS PAUL – YOUR MARTIAL ART TEACHER?
I have taught this martial art since 1998 and always welcome new students, either in our class sessions or privately by arrangement.

WHO ARE WE?
We are a small martial arts club that teaches Ving Tsun Kuen (Wing Chun Kung Fu) the original art of Bruce Lee.

WHAT HAPPENS IN CLASS
We offer some fantastic classes aimed at all levels and would include;

• practice forms
• partner drills
• striking to pads
• controlled progressive sparring

Ving Tsun / Wing Chun is an ideal martial art to train a traditional Chinese kung fu system with a modern twist and great for mental health, self confidence and self protection skills.

For your peace of mind I am first aid trained and have full Public Liability Insurance which is updated yearly.
