Hi, I’m Natasha, and welcome to Natasha Is Wide Eyed.

WHERE DID IT ALL START…
After 40 years of chronic eczema, yo-yo dieting, health issues and watching loved ones suffer devastating illnesses, a part time job with a health supplement company led to me discovering that the advice on what to eat for health was not all it seemed. Upon finding that the current dietary guidelines have no scientific foundation and instead work against our biology, I’ve spent a decade qualifying with distinction, first in diet and nutrition and later in the management of diabetes and then set up this business.

My work now centers upon the regulation of blood sugar for all health and weight issues – the shocking truth has made me Wide Eyed.

There are three support levels, Bronze, Silver and Gold – each providing you with support, but differing in its duration.

THREE STEPS TO THE WIDE EYED WAY
step 1 – initial 1-hour appointment is a discovery session to outline your health journey and define your goals
step 2 – receive targeted supplement advice and personal outlines of how to achieve your goals
step 3 – delivery of a complete meal plan working with your body clock, strategy to overcome food addiction, with coaching and support to navigate the emotion changes.

Using my cookery skills acquired through a fussy childhood and subsequent career changes I have created over one hundred (and counting) nutrient-boosting recipes used in the Wide Eyed Food Plus Knowledge Course which allows you to heal yourself like I have.

Having recently been diagnosed with an auto immune disease I wanted to give myself the best chance to manage this. Using Natasha’s diet I gained more energy after just 2 weeks, IBS symptoms disappeared and I’ve lost weight. This is the best I’ve ever felt regarding foods. Natasha’s recipes are tasty and highly nutritious and the whole family has the evening meal now. Thank you so much Natasha for setting me on the right path!

Well I could go on and on about how good the wide Eyed is But the proof is in the change in me, from having a stroke in 2012 to being 3 stone overweight eating and drinking what most advisors told me what to eat and drink but with no change feeling tiered all the time bloated and just depressed and overweight, Spending time with Natasha and Wide Eyed changed my life for good. No pressure selling just excellent advice and support not giving up food or crazy diets Just changing and fasting and enjoying a 3 stone lighter healthy more awake body and mind and knowing Wide Eyed is truly incredible for results that you feel as well as see, the information advise guidance and resources you have from Wide Eyed improved my life and happiness, the massive health benefits for me was priceless, with what I’ve achieved and kept all the weight of even through the covid pandemic my mind has never been so strong.

Natasha is not only hugely knowledgeable about her passion for a healthy lifestyle, but backs up her research with personal experience. She is consistently positive with me, and has through much laughter and smiles been incredibly supportive when I have felt like caving in on my own journey for a healthy body and mind.

I have learnt so much from her, and am inspired by her energy and warmth, not to mention that I feel fantastic!

I have followed Natasha’s eating plan over the years to gain and maintain a healthy and sustainable attitude to my health and food. I use and love her recipes, which are easy to prepare and make her mayonnaise fresh every week. It’s not just about weight loss it’s about resetting your metabolism and achieving healthy goals for life.

Wide Eyed is great. I received fantastic, lasting advice to promote my own feelings of wellness, with the added bonus of weightloss. Easy to follow recipes on the website make mealtimes easy (they all have normal ingredients). Favourite recipe is Lebanese Lamb and Cauliflower. Thank you for the support. 5 stars all day long 🙂
