Great place. Really clean. Great service with friendly staff. Food was delicious. We were a table of 4 and were served promptly and food came out fast. Look forward to next visit.

Visited today and was very disappointed after reading the reviews. I have a gluten and cheese intolerance but no gluten free bread or cakes. My daughter ordered a grilled chicken bacon and avocado panini which came with cheese and a spicy coating on the chicken. No mention of either on the menu. Allergies are important to cater for. They did remove my daughter’s lunch from the bill so obviously realised our comments were correct.

Unfortunately we cannot cater for all dietary requirements, but do our best to provide food and drink to cater for as many special requests as possible. We do always ask that if you wish for your food or drink to be provided in a certain way, where possible, we will happily oblige.

Had a nice lunch however when asked for an itemised bill they would not give me one. From what we worked out we were charged £6 something for a their smoothie. I wouldn’t mind if it was all fresh but it was made with frozen fruit and some apple juice….. food nice but seems pricey.

Thank you for your review. All smoothies on our menu are £4.50 and we would not look to overcharge any customer. In the rare occasion that this may occur we would ask that you and any other customer let us know so we can fix this straight away.
All smoothies are made from frozen fruit, and mixed with the desired juice to make the smoothies.
Itemised bills can be provided upon request so we are not sure why this would have been declined, but again, please do ask next time and we will gladly provide this.

I gotta say, I am new to this area, have only been here a week moved from Norfolk to Suffolk, I went for the first time to this café and I have to say to service and hospitality of the staff their was amazing, food was spot on freshly cooked,and the latte was also great👍 could not ask for a better service, and beat part about it although they was short staffed they still served with a fantastic smile on their faces, I know from experience this can be hard to do serve with a smile when you are short staffed… Keep up the fantastic work guys… Ryan

Great service, lovely food and atmosphere

So I’ve just been and has my first breakfast with the family and here is my (honest) feedback!

Atmosphere – warm, welcoming – lively smells from the obviously busy kitchen!

Staff – could NOT be more accommodating. Friendly, polite and quick to serve. Happy to put 2 tables together so we could sit down when busy.

Food – excellent. Quite obvious the food never saw a microwave and was freshly cooked. Was lush! Coffee was lovely too. Pics below of the classic and English breakfast.

Overall outcome – as Arny would say,… I’ll be back!

Brought my kiddos here for breakfast this morning. Rich hot chocolate for them and a delicious flat white for myself. The food was very fresh and served hot. We had the eggs Benedict (perfectly poached eggs), pancakes, and an all day breakfast. Great portions! Very friendly, I will bringing my mom when she gets here Soon.

Visited Mighty mug cafe on opening day. Ordered Caramel latte which was very nice. Place is clean, staff frendly, definatelly coming back for breakfast🥰

We just had a really lovely breakfast, we will definitely come back. £30 for three drinks, three breakfasts and three slices of cake. Very reasonably priced so I don’t see why people are complaining because it’s great value for money and thoroughly enjoyed by all, the food is delicious. People just need to remember it’s the first day of opening. Wishing Adil and the team every bit of luck with the new cafe xx
