I’m a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with and Reiki Healing Therapist and here to help you live a happier and healthier life by supporting you through the creation of healthy habits and routines tailored for you.
In my practice I follow a no-shaming, body-neutral, HAES and inclusive approach where everyone is welcome!
I don’t work with a “1 size fits all” approach and my practice doesn’t rely on fad diets or expensive/unnecessary food supplements/meal replacements – I help you achieve health and wellness with the foods you love and by supporting healthy habits and routines with what you have at home!
SERVICES PROVIDED
My services include the following;
• 1:1 Coaching
You will have my exclusive attention for 3 or 6 months, where I offer a safe virtual place for you, free from impositions or judgments, where we will work according to objectives YOU create
• Reiki Healing Sessions
You will have my exclusive attention for the durations of the session, which will be a safe place for you, free from impositions or judgments, where I help you bring balance to your your Body, Mind, Heart and Soul.
• Pantry & Fridge Makeover
I’ll visit your house and help you sort your pantry and fridge to ensure you have the best food to become a healthier you!
• Supermarket Tour
I can accompany you to your local supermarket or preferred store and help you choose the healthiest foods for you and your family, whilst always keeping in mind your personal taste and preferences.
• Wellness Journals, Notepads and Gift Bundles
The Life in Balance Wellness Journal is flexible and can be adapted to your needs. There are no fixed date pages precisely to give you maximum freedom of use.

• I am a fully Certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to practice as Integrative Nutrition Health Coach;
• I am certified at level III-A by Reiki Master Ana Gonçalves (member of the Portuguese Reiki Association – Associação Portuguesa de Reiki), to practice Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho.
