Hello and welcome to Kustom Choppers where we bring to you a unique service at a competitive price.

Hi there, I’m Daniel, and I’ve owned motorbikes ever since my parents told me I couldn’t have one – cheap bikes can be unreliable however learning to fix them was as important as road skills. I used to buy a crusty old bike and strip it down to individual components, clean, polish, paint and reassemble and so it goes on – upon discovering a custom 1960’s Triumph Bonneville on the front page on a bike mag that was me sucked into the custom bike world along with repairing and restoring bikes as I went.

For me, it doesn’t matter the condition, the manufacturer or the engine size. I’m restoring bikes from 50cc to whatever comes in the door.

I will accept your motorcycle in any condition, if it’s not running, even if it’s incomplete.
I can source all parts, arrange paint, powder coat and blasting services and return your motorcycle back to you in a stunning condition.

• Up to 125cc – £1000
• Up to 600cc – £1200
• Over 600cc – £1400

Soft restoration – some motorcycles come in that’ve previously been restored, then stored and just need bringing back, therefore prices for this are specific to bike and condition.

I can repair all kinds of motorcycles – here is an example of what can be done;

• Fork seal replacement
• Engine or chassis upgrade
• Cam chain adjustment or replacement
• Full Engine rebuild
• Spoked wheel replacement rims and spokes
• Tyre changes
• Chain and sprocket replacement
• Brake pad \ shoe replacement
• Electrical work
• Bulb replacement

I can also prep your motorcycle for its MOT and take it to get it MOT’d also.

If your motorcycle has been stood for sometime we can recommission it for the road, including an MOT where applicable.

The phrase custom bike covers a huge range of possibilities, to be fair, anything that isn’t in production can be a custom bike. Motorcycles can be built with anything from a sketch to a portfolio of ideas and design styles.
The custom bike is YOUR bike and gets built the way YOU want it. Covering the acquirement of a donor motorcycle, frame modification, seating options, riding positions to full paint.

As part of the services offered, if your bike isn’t roadworthy I can pick it up and then drop it back to you when all the works have been carried out.
Please contact me prior to booking your bike in if you require this service.
