Hello, my name is James and I am offering A-level and GCSE tutoring in Physics and Maths to those living in Kesgrave and surrounding areas. I provide a relaxed environment and hope to inspire any students I teach.
Communication with students is key; to understand their take on the topic to empathise and view it from their perspective is important. We will home in on any issues they have and aim to improve their understanding from that point.
Most students respond best to visual learning, so the ‘bar’ method is often quite effective. The best way to learn physics is through problems and solutions, so lessons incorporate many of these to maximise students understanding.
I hold a master’s degree in Theoretical Physics from the University of Leeds and I would love the opportunity to share my passion for the topic with others whilst giving them the knowledge to succeed in their own studies.

Rates for my online lessons are;
• £15 per hour
• £75 for five hours
• £150 for 10 hours of lessons
• £20 per hour for one to one in person
Hours of availability for lessons are normally 11:00 to 19:00 weekdays, but can discuss further.
