Hello and welcome to FireTiger Fitness, where I work with women of all ages, abilities and confidence levels to address the sex-based differences in health and wellness, providing female specific fitness training and education designed to empower them.
SESSIONS PROVIDED
There are varieties of sessions and programmes (personalised or purchasable via the FireTiger Fitness website) to suit everyone, such as;
• 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 Training
Looking for a personal trainer or someone you can trust to manage your wellbeing through face-to-face and online sessions, you have found it.
Be it your first step into your fitness journey, or you are a seasoned fit female, you will have a personalised programme, with a different approach to any trainers you have experienced before.
• Nutrition
Analyse your goals, current diet, preferences, habits and challenges. Formulate guidance and a support plan to link to overall health, wellbeing and performance.
You will have a plan created to help you to reframe your habits and make supportive changes and we will discuss the best options for you during our consultation.
• Online Programmes
You can truly personalise your fitness experience and with the online training programmes, you have the ability to train in your own time, track your own data and the opportunity to add 1:1 sessions (face-to-face or online) at any time.
Every member that joins FireTiger Fitness has access to their own personalised dashboard where they can track their progress and access their courses at any time. Every session on each course is supported with technique videos, progressions and regressions to ensure that every ability can feel confident and secure.
• School Programmes
Not simply for the “sporty girls” but beneficial for all young women.
It is for the girls that actively avoid sport at school, especially when boys are around, and for the girls that love to be active and want to represent their sport at the highest level, and for any girls in between.

Founded by Sarah Hare-Price through a unique set of experiences as an athlete (ex-GB), teacher (NPQSL), sports coach, L3 personal trainer, L4 nutrition coach, L3 pre- and post-natal training specialist, Sports and Exercise Scientist, consultant and female expert.
