I highly recommend fees free mortgages. Martin is a brilliant and very helpful mortgage advisor and he spends a considerable time on your case to source a lender which suits your needs and matches with your circumstances.

We needed a mortgage, and in our early 60’s it was quite hard to find a good deal so we contacted Fees Free Mortgages.

After being hightly recommended by a good friend who has recently got a mortgage.

I have to say our experience with Fees Free Mortages has been a great. Me & my partner who are first time buyers had the pleasure in dealing with Martin, (Who i would highly recommend) He made things very clear and understandable in explaining what the processes are in getting a mortgage. Martin had even out his way to do research into all of the cost involved in getting a mortage based on our income and deposits etc. Giving me and my partner a clear understanding on what we can reasonably afford.

I arranged a meeting with Martin. He came to my house. He explained everything I needed to know very well. He emailed me back with all the information it was clearly set out so I could understand all my options.

There were no fees and there was no pressure make any commitment.

Martin has done a fantastic job for myself and my partner by finding us the perfect first time mortgage. We were in a bit of a complicated situation, with lots of moving parts, which Martin managed to navigate very well.

Martin was brilliant throughout our buying process, he was available around the clock to answer any questions. He would always go out of his way to send well presented as well as extra information to make the process as easy to follow as possible. We had some problems with variables on our application but Martin still secured us a perfect mortgage offer. Even after the mortgage offer had been received, Martin expressed he was available for any extra questions we had about the latter stages of the process.

We would highly recommend Martin to anyone that is looking for a mortgage, whether you are first tie buyers or experienced.

I met Martin from Fees Free Mortgages at a networking event in Ipswich and can genuinely say he is a lovely guy and a pleasure to know.

Will always help out if he can and easy to talk to.

I had so many questions and unknowns about buying my first home but none of them were too silly for Martin to answer.

He helped me with finding the mortgage lender that suited me and did all the paperwork upfront, so to make everything run smoothly later on.

He advised me with insurance and gave me me guidance and updates every step of the way.
