From the initial meeting to discuss our needs, through to the fitting the company were faultless.

Recently had a front Porch built by Falcon Windows Ltd.

I cannot thank the fitters enough for the work carried out which was carried out efficiently and in a timely manner.

From the start of getting a quote to the regular updates from Amy (office staff )on the date to commence the work which was carried out in a very professional and friendly manner.

After doing a small amount of research I decided to ask Falcon Windows for a quote to replace two sets of bay windows.

From the first point of contact to the completion yesterday the service has been fantastic. The administration team has guided me through the processes and provided me with a great deal of information regarding the composition of the windows. They also answered any query that I had. The measuring up and design team took into account all the detail that I requested and advised me wherever necessary.

The installation team has undertaken the work with a great deal of care to ensure that the end product is to my satisfaction. Their attention to detail is second to none. The process as a whole has been dealt with very professionally.

As you can tell I am really pleased with my news windows and I would highly recommend Falcon Windows.

We’ve used Falcon windows to install both windows and a set of French doors in the past. Both times they were quick, efficient and the end the result was excellent.

The need for a service call has been rare, but when required, they have been quick to respond and fixed the issue first time.

We would happily use them again.

The person who done maintenance on our windows was kind, efficient and overall great at their job, would highly recommend.

Called Eamon to come and look at my back door as the locking mechanism wasn’t working, he came the next day and fixed it, whilst also fixing my front door which wasn’t opening properly.

We have recently had 3 front windows replaced by Falcon and are very impressed with both the quality of installation and of the windows themselves.

We have had acoustic glass installed as recommended by them, which has significantly reduced road noise.

We moved to Suffolk a year ago and bought a house with a large conservatory. Sadly there were a lot of problems as it had been installed on the cheap and needed some TLC. We found Falcon Windows online and they came to fix the leaks, the dropped doors, broken windows and a host of other jobs. We also got them to install a new front door as that too was in poor condition. Their service is brilliant and all the workmen were polite, tidy and hardworking. Very good customer service, prompt quotes and online help, and the work was fairly priced too. Would definitely recommend.
