DSB Locksmith

When we needed him most Dave showed up and delivered, very enjoyable experience and learnt much about the art of locksmithing, our front door had given up and locked us out of our house on the coldest day of the year, and we had left all our other keys inside as we were only popping out for a few minutes… those few minutes turned into a few hours when we tried to get back in without any success.

After several calls and checking with our neighbours if they knew a good locksmith we found DSB locksmiths on the Suffolk business directory, Dave was with us within half an hour and had us inside within the next half an hour.

After fixing new bits in the door we felt happy and learnt we should never leave the house without the other keys in case it happened again.

The cost was not bad either, especially for the speed and entertainment value.

Although I hope never to use his services again, but will do if necessary, we would highly recommend Dave and his business, thank you so much for being there in our hour of need.

My review is to commend the level of professionalism and kindness I received this past Sunday. Sadly I was unable to be serviced by DSB Locksmith as I had driven nearly an hour away from home due to an emergency. After a quick Google search for 24 hr locksmiths in the area, the 4 that I called either didn’t answer or was unavailable to help. I was moments away from a breakdown when I called DSB. I was met with kindness and compassion. The gentleman I spoke with gave me a number to another locksmith he was certain would get to me quickly. I can’t speak to their job performance but what I can say is that I have no doubts that they would treat every client with a high level of professionalism and respect. I will keep DSB in mind should I ever find myself in a similar situation.

I don’t think I’ve met another businessman that I would recommend any higher. Quick, cheerful, friendly, knowledgable. David went over and above the call of duty in a sensitive and truly professional manner. Thank you sincerely for really saving the day!!

Made a very stressful situation much better by arriving within minutes and being incredibly efficient and professional.

Door key was getting stuck and hard to remove. Called a couple of companies and they were extortionately prices. I phoned David at DSB and he could do the same day for a very reasonable price. Kept in contact with me with ETA so I wasn’t waiting around for him to arrive. On arrival was very friendly and soon sorted the problem by replacing the cylinder. He also provided me an invoice and receipt of money paid electronically before he left.

I will certainly recommend the services of this company and have already passed his number to all my family members incase they are ever in need of these services.

Omg!! In a world that advertises 24 hr service even on a Sunday when NOTHING is open, these guys deliver. My locksmith came from another job he had in Norwich and said he would show up in an hour and thirty minutes.

Unlike other locksmiths that nay pop up hours later. He came within an hour and like magic he got my door open. I am extremely grateful and I couldn’t ask for better service.
