New to the area so was unsure about which plumber to use in an unexpected emergency – Dave came highly recommended, and I must say, gave excellent service from start to finish – he came out within a couple of hours of calling and got our gas boiler back up and running! He then came back the next day to check if everything was still working

I can’t rate David highly enough, would 100% recommend, so professional and so helpful. My carbon monoxide alarm started sounding on Sunday evening and David was the only engineer that was willing to come out and help. I had a new baby and two other children in the house. I was very worried, sadly another company that serviced my boiler did not complete the job correctly,

David kindly checked and shut the boiler down and came with parts to fix the day and explain everything what happened and why the boiler broken down. Thank you again David for going the extra mile and fixing the mess of another company.

After being without heating for 2 days, we contacted DT Bettoney Heating and Plumbing and Dave talked me through restarting our boiler. He took the time to help us over the Easter holiday when we couldn’t find anyone more local and got our boiler back up and running, doing himself out of any call out charge or fees for his services in the process. I am so grateful as we were getting so cold and I was really worried it would be such a miserable Easter for the kids. It has restored my faith in humanity. Thank you so much to Dave and Christine.

Fantastic service again from DT Bettoney. Our sink wasn’t draining and under the sink it had flooded – total nightmare!!

Excellent, professional service. We returned from holiday to a broken down boiler and a freezing cold house, unfortunately chose a different plumber to visit who made a poor recommendation that would have cost £00s. David offered advice over the phone despite knowing we’d gone elsewhere and visited at short notice the following day. He knew exactly what was needed and fixed it within 15 mins with no new parts required!

My dad has used David as his plumber for over 20 years and he has always been brilliant and is a very friendly and a lovely man. We also used him to fit our new bathroom and we were very pleased with the work that was carried out and have also called him out for emergency leaks in our old property which he was able to help us with efficiently.

We had an emergency with our boiler and contacted David who responded immediately, was very helpful, repaired the boiler in no time at all and provided excellent service. Would highly recommend and would certainly use again. Many thanks!
