Hello and welcome to ((BOUNCE)) Capel St. Mary – high intensity, low impact workouts performed on mini trampolines.
The atmosphere is fun, friendly and fierce, making the time spent in class welcoming, sociable and seriously effective – it is also fully inclusive; if you can jump, you can join!
Suitable for any level of fitness as we always give low options and adaptations where available and is 3 times more effective than floor based fitness thanks to the addition of gravity and g-force provided by the trampoline. Our classes features the first 30 minutes filled with choreographed dance-cardio jumping routines and then finishing off with 15 minutes of toning, targeting the arms, glutes and abs. ((B)) Blast is a 45 minute session where we can also incorporate the optional use of hand weights (provided at the studio) with a focus on the upper body to tone the arms and create strong, lean arms, shoulders back and chest.
All of our are classes are child friendly and these are sessions where children of any age can attend in the studio whilst you workout. Toys, food, prams etc are all welcome. If there is a spare trampoline, they can have a little bounce too. You don’t have to be a parent to come along, the workout is still the same.
