With over 20 years experience from AHP, we will provide affordable architectural services and drawing services for private homeowners within Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire, who are looking to gain planning permission and building regulation approval, or just have plans drawn for extensions and alterations to their homes.
We can provide the following services;
- Site Visits and Consultation; we’ll visit your property and discuss your ideas for the project where a fixed price will be given for the plans and council fees
- Concept designs; providing sketch plans for your project whilst visiting you to discuss the plans in detail and finalise your designs
- Full detailed plans; prepared and submitted with the appropriate information and fees to the Local Authority for planning.
- Planning permission; we’ll liaise with the local authority regarding planning and building regulations until the project is approved for completion
As well as the above, we also cover;
- Building control
- Loft conversions
- Home extensions
What I’d do is visit your property and discuss what you need, providing plans for your project and liaise with your local authority on your behalf until your project is approved.
