SERVICES PROVIDED
We supply, design, install and maintain all of the major brands of systems provided;
• Air Conditioning
From a single domestic unit to large offices or a hotel. When installed in a domestic property they can be energy efficient in cooling or heating a space and currently benefit from a 0% VAT rate.
Most major air conditioning suppliers offer a five year warranty on the equipment and once installation is complete we can offer a full preventative maintenance package or emergency breakdown callouts.
• Ventilation
We design the systems to meet your requirements for spiral and rectangular duct along with plastic and fire rated ducting, plus designing the complete systems including fans, heat recovery units, air handling units and ducting.
– General extract systems for toilets, comms rooms and industrial areas.
– Kitchen extract systems including canopies, ducting, fans and controls
– Heat recovery systems for both domestic and commercial heat recovery systems
• Cellar Cooling
Offering systems for below and above ground cellars with all systems, having a digital thermometer allowing individual room temperatures. The systems are supplied with the manufacturers’ warranty, between 3 and 5 years, with energy efficient systems available to help with the ongoing running costs.
We can also arrange for the electrical works to the systems to be undertaken.
Once an installation is completed, we offer regular service visits to maximise the life of the equipment.
